- By purchasing an entry ticket to this event from Eventbrite and/or the Promoter, you are deemed to have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the transaction and the requirements and/or restrictions of this Event.
- There will be no gate sales at this event venue. The Promoter needs to know how many people are attending this Event to ensure that suitable and sufficient services and facilities (eg toilets/water/security/medical/safety and the like) are required prior to the commencement.
- Drones, Kites, Lazer and any related equipment cannot be brought into the Event venue
- Hand Carts, Tents, BBQ’s and the like cannot be brought into this Event.
- No Pyrotechnics and the like cannot be brought into this Event.
- Animals and Pets of any kind cannot be brought into the Event venue.
- Eventbrite and/or the Promoter reserves the right to charge a fee for the replacement of allocated/ Grandstand (seated) tickets. Eventbrite and/or the Promoter cannot replace General Admission tickets where seating is not allocated,
- Cameras and video recorders (film, digital or otherwise), audiotape recorders and all other recording devices may be prohibited at the event.
- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission with reasonable cause. Late arrivals may be prevented from admission until a suitable break in the programme, if any.
- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission if valid identification for concession tickets is not provided.
- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission where tickets are lost or damaged, or tickets are not purchased through Eventbrite or other authorised points of sale.
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, replace or substitute any content, or amend the programme, prices and/or seating arrangements.
- Your personal information is held by Eventbrite, the Promoter and/or the Venue whose event you are booking tickets to. It will not be sold or passed on to any other party unless you have given the express consent to do so by opting in to hear from them. If you have opted to receive news on upcoming events from Eventbrite when creating your account with us, you will be sent regular Eventbrite email newsletters and can opt out of these at any time. - Reselling or distributing tickets purchased on our website without the express permission of Eventbrite and/or the Promoter is prohibited.
- Eventbrite and or the Promoter may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating them. Any variations will only apply to ticket purchases made after these Terms and Conditions have been updated.
